Paver sealing and sanding
Cleaning your pavers is step one. Sealing them is what makes the cleaning last. Re-sand the joints, seal the stone, lock in the color. Three or four years of weather resistance from a single visit.
Cleaning is half the job.
After a paver cleaning, the joint sand is gone. Washed out by the pressure. If you don't replace it, the pavers shift, weeds grow back, and the surface looks aged in a year. Most crews leave you there.
I sweep new polymeric joint sand into every joint, lock it with a light water set, then apply a penetrating sealer that deepens the stone color and resists future staining. That's why my paver clients call me back, not someone cheaper.

Common questions for this service.
Typically 3 to 4 years for the sealer, longer for the joint sand if it was set properly. Sun exposure and freeze-thaw cycles in NJ are the biggest factors.
Yes, and most people want this. The sealer deepens the stone color the way wet pavers look right after rain, and the effect stays. If you want a flat finish, I can use a matte sealer instead.
Minor leveling, yes. Major settling means the base needs work, and I'll flag it and refer you to a hardscape contractor I trust. I don't pretend a sand fix will hold if it won't.
